Terms and Conditions

The terms on which you may use the HDIL-IPCA website and member portal.

Last updated 8 September 2026

1. About these terms

This website and the member portal on it are operated by HDIL Ind Park Chandansar Co-op Societies Association Limited (“HDIL-IPCA”, “the Association”, “we”), Registration No. PLR/VSI/GNL/(O)/247/YEAR-2021, of Survey No. 139, Hissa No. 4, 5 (Part), Chandansar, Virar (East), Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra 401303.

By using this site — whether or not you have an account — you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms sit alongside, and do not replace, the Association’s bye-laws and any resolution of its committee. Where these terms and the bye-laws conflict on a matter of the Association’s own governance, the bye-laws prevail.

2. Who may use this site

The public pages — the home page, About, the business directory, vacancies, news, gallery, helpline and contact pages — may be read by anyone.

The member portal is for the property owners, tenants and businesses of HDIL Industrial Park, Chandansar, Virar (East), and for the Association’s office staff and committee. Registering does not by itself create an account: an application is reviewed by the office, and access begins only when it is approved. The Association may decline an application without giving reasons.

The portal is intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

3. Your account

  • The details you give us must be true, and you must keep them up to date.
  • Your username and password are yours alone. Do not share them, and do not use anyone else's.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password — which signs out every device — and tell the office.
  • A federation post (office bearer of a building, or committee member) takes effect only when the office confirms it. Claiming a post at registration does not grant its privileges.
  • One person, one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

4. How you may use it

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone.
  • Post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to post.
  • Impersonate another member, the office, or anyone else.
  • Try to reach data, accounts or administrative functions you have not been granted — including by editing URLs or requests.
  • Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the site's security, or the limits it places on requests.
  • Scrape, copy or republish the members' directory, or use anything from it to send unsolicited marketing.
  • Upload anything containing malware, or any file type the site does not accept.

The members’ directory exists so that members of this estate can find and deal with one another. Using it as a marketing list is a misuse of it and grounds for removing your access.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of everything you post — your directory listing, photographs, messages, grievances, vacancy postings and documents. By posting it you give the Association permission to store and display it for the purpose it was posted for: your listing to other members, your grievance to the office, your message to its recipient.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. The Association does not review content before it appears, but may remove anything that breaches these terms.

Correspondence with the office cannot be edited or withdrawn once sent. A grievance thread is an append-only record: corrections are added as new entries, so the history of what was said and when stays intact for both sides.

Notices, circulars, documents, minutes and other material published by the Association remain its property. They are provided to members for their own use and may not be republished outside the estate without the Association’s permission.

6. Dues and payments

The portal is a record of dues and bills. It does not take payment. No money is paid through this website, and we never ask for card details, bank credentials or a one-time password.

  • Dues and building bills are raised by the office and appear in your Dues section, itemised.
  • You settle them with the Association by the means the office specifies, and then upload a receipt so the payment can be verified.
  • A payment is recorded as received only once the office has verified the evidence. Uploading a receipt is not, by itself, settlement.
  • If a receipt cannot be accepted, you will be told why and may submit another. The amount remains owed in the meantime.
  • A bill raised against a building is that building's liability, met from its own fund. It is one shared amount, not a charge against each member, and whoever it was addressed to can settle it — the first payment clears it for all of them.
  • Reminders are sent before and after a due date. The absence of a reminder does not waive an amount owed.

Any dispute about an amount should be raised with the office. Nothing in these terms limits any right or obligation arising under the Association’s bye-laws or under co-operative societies law.

7. Directory and vacancies

Directory listings and job vacancies are published by the members who post them. The Association does not verify the businesses listed, the accuracy of what they say about themselves, the vacancies posted, or the people who apply to them.

Any dealing you enter into with another member — engaging their business, employing an applicant, taking a job — is between you and them. The Association is not a party to it and takes no responsibility for it. Verification badges, where shown, mean only that the office has confirmed the listing belongs to a member of this estate.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site available, but it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons at our hosting providers, or for reasons outside anyone’s control.

Notices published here are also communicated by the Association’s usual means. Where something is time-critical — an emergency, a statutory notice — do not rely on this website alone.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data, how long we keep it, who processes it and what rights you have over it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Suspension and removal

The Association may suspend or remove access to the portal where an account breaches these terms, where a membership ends, or where it is necessary to protect the site or other members. Where practical we will say why.

You may ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to hdilipcf@gmail.com. Financial and other records the Association is required to keep survive the closure of an account — see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The site and its content are provided without warranty of any kind. The Association is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for loss arising from your dealings with another member.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Palghar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any dispute-resolution procedure required by the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act or the Association’s bye-laws.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and material changes will be communicated to members through the portal.
